Nisha comes with 15 years of experience in health care operations including clinical practice management, revenue cycle, referral leakage, and patient service. She has a Master of Science in Health Communication, and her core focus at Upfront is leveraging behavioral science techniques to help patients complete their health care visits. This includes prioritizing & addressing social determinants of health & patient motivation. In her spare time, Nisha is also a children’s yoga and mindfulness teacher.
