Upfront Healthcare’s Chief Operations Officer and Co-Founder Carrie Kozlowski was among an impressive panel of healthcare leaders at the Healthcare Innovation California Summit, in Los Angeles.
The panel, titled “Patient Engagement: Revisioning the Patient Experience,” discussed how patient engagement changed as a result of the pandemic, moving into technological advances like artificial intelligence and machine learning to connect with patients and encourage patient activation.
The event, hosted by Mark Hagland, editor-in-chief of Healthcare Innovation, also included:

From addressing care gaps and equity through these advancements to utilizing these innovations to address day-to-day operations, panelists brought an in-depth look at how they’re navigating this new landscape despite the challenges ahead.
