Casey possesses a wealth of sales, marketing and operational leadership experience in healthcare services, healthcare products and consumer products. While at Procter & Gamble (P&G 1984-2012), Casey was EVP at MDVIP (Concierge Medicine), VP Managed Markets for the pharmaceutical division and led numerous innovation initiatives in several countries. In a marketing capacity, he co-developed and led the Health Care Consumer Institute® (HCI). This healthcare business unit developed deep insights on consumer behavior leveraging research like psychographics.
In 2012, as healthcare was heading into value-based care, it was clear clients would need to better understand the patient as a consumer, and this is a core skill instilled by P&G. This market need led Casey to co-found a company leveraging psychographics to help healthcare clients deeply understand the healthcare consumer.
An expert in psychographic profiling, Casey loves sharing his extensive experience in healthcare and his knowledge from the research and data Upfront has amassed on consumer marketing. He holds a BBA in Marketing from Iowa State University.
