Manisha Sharma is the Chief People Officer at Upfront. As a seasoned tech executive, Manisha has worked for Fortune 50 and 500 companies globally for over 21 years, building multi-billion-dollar tech and customer focused businesses and products, through which she defines her biggest success as the people and teams she partnered with to co-develop.
Prior to joining Upfront, Manisha was the Founder and CEO of Inscape Solutions & Consulting and Inscape Foundations. She provided Executive, Leadership and Career coaching to individuals and teams as a certified ICF-PCC Coach. Manisha served in senior leadership and executive roles at Intel, Micron, Amazon, and Wayfair bringing a wealth of experience building people, teams, and organizations to Upfront.
Manisha has an Undergraduate and Masters in Materials Engineering from University of Cape Town and Auburn University, and Executive MBA sessions from Haas School of Business and Stanford University.
