What is your why?

Supporting patients in their healthcare journey and understanding what they are experiencing during such a vulnerable time in their lives motivates and inspires me.

Rob is a healthcare innovator with an extensive background in client strategy, product implementation, performance improvement, change management, human factors and usability, and health system innovation. As Vice President, Client Strategy, Rob leads the Client Strategy Team focused on delivering differentiated experiences to Upfront’s clients and their patients.

Prior to joining Upfront, Rob led external innovation efforts at a major healthcare system and worked to establish partnerships with healthcare innovators across the country to bring new ideas and solutions into this organization. From search and discovery to execution and implementation Rob has been instrumental in technology implementation to address cost, quality and experience for the system and its patients.
